Traids runs the 2026 Home Services Benchmark. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it. The short version is the same promise on our home page: your survey answers are anonymous and reported only in aggregate, and we don't spam you or cold-call you.

The survey is anonymous

Your individual survey answers are never published, named, or shared. Results are reported only in aggregate, combined with other businesses, so no single business can be identified. We don't sell your data.

The email you give us

If you ask us to send the report (or you take the survey and request it), we use your email only to:

• send you the link the day the 2026 Home Services Benchmark is ready;
• set up your personal readout call, if you asked for one; and
• occasionally follow up about that report or readout.

That's it. No spam in between, and no cold calls. The only call is the readout you ask for. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to hello@traids.ai.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your email or survey answers.
• We don't attach your name to your individual answers in any published material.
• We don't add you to unrelated marketing lists.
